Partner Program Terms

These terms are an agreement between you (“you” or the “partner”) and Macrotrack AI (“we” or “us”). They apply when you accept an invitation to the Macrotrack AI Partner Program, and for as long as you take part.

1. Eligibility

The program is by invitation only.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States with a valid US taxpayer identification number.
Each person may hold one partner account.
We may decline or end any partnership at our discretion, as described in section 11.

2. Your referral code and link

Once approved, you receive a personal referral code and link to share with your audience.
Your followers get 10% off the first billing period of a quarterly or yearly plan bought on macrotrack.ai. Renewals are charged at the regular price.
The discount doesn't apply to monthly plans or to subscriptions bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and it can't be combined with other offers.
Each customer account can use a referral code only once.

3. Commission

For each qualifying referral you earn a one-time commission of 25% of what the customer pays for their first billing period, after the referral discount and excluding taxes.

A referral qualifies when the customer:

buys a quarterly or yearly plan on macrotrack.ai using your code or link;
has not used a referral code before;
is not you, and is not buying on your behalf or with your payment details; and
is not refunded, charged back or ended before the hold period in section 4 has passed.

No commission is earned on renewals, monthly plans, in-app purchases, or referrals we reasonably believe to be fraudulent or in breach of these terms.

4. Hold period and payouts

Each commission is held for 45 days after the purchase. If the subscription is refunded, charged back or ended during that time, the commission is cancelled.
At the start of each month we total the commissions that have cleared their hold and whose subscriptions are still active. Balances of $25 or more are paid; smaller balances carry over to the next month.
Payouts are made by PayPal or Venmo, or another method we agree with you, to the payout details you give us. You must keep those details accurate.
Before your first payout you must give us a completed IRS Form W-9. We may issue a Form 1099 where required. You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions.
If a commission turns out to have been paid on a fraudulent referral, we may deduct it from future payouts.

5. Disclosing the partnership

US law (the FTC's Endorsement Guides) requires you to tell your audience that you earn from recommending Macrotrack AI. In every post, story, video or link that promotes Macrotrack AI you must:

clearly disclose the relationship — for example “#ad”, “paid partnership” or “I earn a commission if you use my code”;
put the disclosure in the content itself, where it is seen without clicking “more” — not only in your profile or bio; and
use the platform's paid-partnership label where there is one.

6. Content standards

When you promote Macrotrack AI you must:

share honest opinions based on your own use of the app;
not make medical claims, promise specific weight-loss or health results, or present Macrotrack AI as medical advice or as a way to manage a medical condition;
not make false or misleading claims about features or prices;
not spam, send unsolicited messages, or post fake reviews;
not publish your code on coupon or deal-aggregator sites, or bid on “Macrotrack” or similar terms in paid search or ads;
not promote Macrotrack AI in content that is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or aimed at people under 18; and
follow the rules of each platform you post on and the law.

7. Complimentary access

While we review your partnership you get 25 days of Macrotrack AI Pro so you can try the app. Once approved you get 365 days of Pro, which we may renew. Complimentary access is personal, has no cash value, and ends when the partnership ends.

8. Using our brand

We give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive permission to use the Macrotrack AI name and logo, unaltered, only to promote Macrotrack AI under these terms. Don't suggest that we endorse anything else or that you speak for us. We may name you as a partner by your public handle.

9. Our relationship

“Partner” is the name of the program. You take part as an independent contractor; these terms don't create an employment, agency, joint venture or legal partnership relationship, and you are responsible for your own costs.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Each update gets a new version. We'll tell you before changes take effect, by email or on your partner dashboard. If you keep taking part after that, you accept the updated terms; if you don't agree, you can end the partnership, and commissions you earned before the change are unaffected.

11. Ending the partnership

Either of us can end the partnership at any time — you by emailing hello@macrotrack.ai.
When it ends, your referral code and link stop working and your complimentary access ends.
Qualifying referrals made before it ended still earn commission under these terms — unless we ended it because of fraud or a breach of these terms, in which case unpaid commissions are forfeited.
